Finalmente, Fazio si è dimesso.

Adesso deve aprirsi un nuovo corso per la Banca d’Italia.

Innanzi tutto, il mandato del governatore deve essere a termine, possibilmente non più di 5 anni.

Poi, il controllo deve passare, come in tutti i Paesi del mondo, dalle mani delle stesse banche (si autocontrollavano, sic!) a quelle dello Stato.

Inoltre, gli utenti bancari, tramite le associazioni dei consumatori, devono avere voce in capitolo, e quindi il una legge seria ed evoluta sul risparmio, che pensi soprattutto a prevenire i casi tipo "bond Cirio o Parmalat", i falsi investimenti tipo "My way", lo scandalo dell’anatocismo, e a restituire in qualche modo il maltolto ai consumatori truffati.
