Finalmente, dopo le innumerevoli proteste delle associazioni dei consumatori, l’Enel invia fatture nell’ordine di migliaia di euro, il che mette in enorme difficoltà i già risicati bilanci familiari. Non solo, ma al momento della richiesta di rateizzazione della somma, l’utente si vede opporre un rifiuto o una proposta di poche rate, con tanto di interesse di mora!

Invece l’Autority ha messo in riga l’Enel e ha praticamente affermato che, nei casi di maxiconguagli, l’utente può rateizzare per tanti bimestri quanti sono quelli di mancata lettura.

E’ ancora poco, ma è un primo importante passo per fermare la prepotenza dell’Enel.
