Il nuovo Codice Unico del Consumoin meglio per il consumatore la normativa sul diritto di recesso per i contratti stipulati al di fuori dei locali commerciali.

Da ora in poi diventano 10 i giorni per poter disdettare ogni tipo di acquisto o contratto, ma soprattutto il consumatore non deve pagare più nessuna penalità in caso di recesso.

E’ una novità importantissima, se si pensa che finora l’acquirente, in caso di disdetta anticipata, era comunque costretto a sborsare come penalità dai 100 ai 500 euro.

Dai contratti che Polidream sta studiando, all’indomani dell’entrata in vigore del Codice Unico, si evince che nessuna azienda sta rispettando le nuove disposizioni e continua a proporre contratti "bolliti".

Vorrà dire che, anche tramite la Camera di Commercio di Bari, nel cui Consiglio siede la nostra associazione, faremo pressioni sul mondo aziendale per l’aggiornamento di questi contratti.
