Anche in Puglia, dopo i nostri gridi di battagia e i nostri appelli alle categorie di allevatori e agricoltori, si fa strada il latte crudo alla spina, quello che costa un euro circa al litro e che è più sano, genuino e nutriente.

Sono 4 per ora i distributori di questo tipo di latte nella nostra regione. Sono ancora pochi, soprattutto rispetto alle centinaia esistenti nel Nord Italia, ma sono un buon inizio: cominciamo a dare loro forza, e andiamo in massa ad acquistare il latte da loro!
