E’ accaduto qualche giorno fa al treno "low cost" BARI-ROMA: un guasto ha fatto durare il viaggio ben 14 ore, fra una serie di fermate e qualche autobus sostitutivo.

Ma Polidream vuole leggere il fatto positivo in questa brutta notizia, l’ennesima proveniente da TrenItalia: l’azienda non solo ha rimborsato 20 euro a tutti i viaggiatori, ma ha anche offerto il pernottamento a chi lo volesse!

E’ semplicemente quello che è previsto nella Carta dei Servizi, così faticosamente "ottenuta" dalle associazioni dei consumatori e che ripaga gli utenti dei disagi subiti, quando le Aziende sbagliano.
