La Telecom fa pagare agli utenti categoria affari la somma di euro 103,29 come anticipo conversazioni, consentendone lo sgravio o il rimborso solo agli utenti con domiciliazione bancaria.

E’ un comportamento illegittimo, poichè l’art. 16 delle Condizioni Generali di Abbonamento impone alla Telecom di concordare tale cifra con il cliente, sull’ammontare del presumibile traffico bimestrale.

Quindi si può chiedere il rimborso della somma versata in eccesso, e le progetto "Il consumATTORE in Puglia", danno tutta l’assistenza possibile in tal senso.
