Finalmente anche in Puglia si è costituito il Comitato Regionale delle Comunicazioni, appendice pugliese dell’Autority delle Comunicazioni.

Questa nascita è importantissima, sia perchè finalmente le segnalazioni dei disservizi telefonici saranno effettuate a Bari e non più a Napoli, sia perchè si potranno attivare le procedure di conciliazioni fra utenti e gestori che non abbiano risolto il contenzioso in sede di reclamo.

Ricordiamo, a questo proposito, che la conciliazione è del tutto gratuita, non ha bisogno di legali e avviene in tempi rapidi, con l’assistenza di un’associazione di consumatori.
