E’ dal 1993 che Comuni e Province sono stati delegati al controllo degli impianti termici.

Ma, mentre le Province, competenti per i Comuni al di sotto dei 40.000 abitanti, hanno ottemperato all’obbligo di legge, le città più popolose, che devono istituire il servizio autonomamente, non l’hanno ancora fatto.

E fra queste vi è Monopoli!

Forse si sarebbero potuto salvare due vite!

L’ultima Circolare dell’provvedimento di fermo amministrativo per le automobili o altri beni mobiliari, l’Ente Esattoriale deve darne un preavviso al contribuente, dando un ulteriore lasso di tempo per poter ottemperare al proprio debito.

E’ proprio quello che Polidream aveva chiesto al Ministero dell’Economia, onde chiarire finalmente la nebulosità e la discrezionalità della normativa in questione.

Quindi, consumatori, occhio al preavviso: se non arriva, nessuno può ipotecarvi un bel nulla!
